Similar to what Zappos initially invented (and later adopted by parent company Amazon). I was always intrigued by this idea. I like that a company is willing to put a price on maintaining the sanctity of their culture. With a company growing as explosively as Riot, it must get harder and harder to find good personality fits and weed out the people who just want to collect a decent paycheck. Would love to hear what impact this ultimately has in keeping their original culture vision alive.
